We generate two distinct QuerySolutionNodes from the same 
DocumentSourceLookUp just to distinguish whether the $lookup has absorbed a $unwind. In the end the stage builder has a single helper method to process both cases, and now that we are forced to use methods from the SlotBasedStageBuilder class it would be better if we had a single EqLookupNode that has an optional UnwindSpec inside
