Add a test that

• enables change streams pre-images on a collection,
• inserts, modifies, removes documents on the collection so that pre-images are recorded for the operations
• verifies that pre-images are present
• restarts the nodes in the replica set and verifies that the pre-images are still present after restart, on all nodes (primary + secondaries).
• sets a low timeout on the pre-images retention period
• verifies that pre-images get deleted on all nodes (primary + secondaries)
