      Let's create an integration test where a cache entry is created, and then the winning plan is lowered to classic. Then we change the data so the cache entry is replanned and lowers to SBE. This is a unique situation created in SPM-4435 that is probably untested, and we should test thoroughly.

      We could also do the opposite direction where SBE is first chosen and then classic
