Add a debug-only way to verify the validity of BSON Objects in FTDC collectors

      We should introduce some debug-only way (likely a server parameter or failpoint) to enable checking the validity of BSON Objects created by FTDC collectors so we can better determine which collector is causing BSONElement: bad type exceptions (for example, as seen in BF-42101).

      Currently, that exception is thrown in the extractMetricsFromDocument function after the full document has been created so we would like to see that exception thrown earlier in tests.
