Add _deprecated suffix to is_stage_sorted_by_vector_search_score and set_vector_search_limit_for_optimization API methods and only call them when the feature flag is disabled.

Note that the logic in DocumentSourceExtensionOptimizable::optimizeAt() will need to be guarded behind the disabled fflag.
