Join optimization testing: add checking of the resultset via checksum to the plan stability tests

      The plan stability tests should calculate a checksum over the entire resultset and persist that in the expected_results file.

       

      This applies only to the "fuzzed" queries. For the "official" TPC-H queries, we already persist the entire resultset.
