Optimize calculation of cardinality and frequency metrics in analyzeShardKey command against multi-shard collection using $_internalStreamGroup

      For a multi-shard collection (both sharded and unsharded), the analyzeShardKey command should use $_internalStreamGroup instead of $group for the first grouping stage as described here.
