Add antithesis task that runs the change_streams_pre_images_replica_sets_stepdown_primary_jscore_passthrough suite. This suite runs with the CheckReplPreImagesConsistency hook, which is currently not used in any antithesis tasks. We should also ask the antithesis team to add this hook and the CheckReplOplogs hook as Mongo specific properties in antithesis, which would make the antithesis test fail if these hooks fail.

When adding a new suite, we need to ping the antithesis team so that they can add it to the "MongoDB Core Server" daily runs.
