Temporary exclude timeseries_view_aggregate.js from running in replicaset suite with FCV up/down and viewless timeseries

      Since we enabled the viewless timeseries feature flag in fcv_upgrade_downgrade_primary_step_down_passthrough suite in SERVER-122106, we observed some failures BF-42257 on the timeseries_view_aggregate.js test.

      The goal of this ticket is to temporarily exclude running this test in this suite when this feature flag is enabled in order to reduce redness in our CI testing infrastructure.
