In agg_list_cluster_catalog.js we compare the results of listCollections and $listClusterCatalog in the config DB. In one of the lists we exclude "config.system.profile" while in the others we include it. If "config.system.profile" exists (as a leftover from a previous test) this causes the assert.soon in the test to spin waiting for the lists to converge until it times out.
