Once SERVER-122630 is completed we should re-enable the GenerateAndCheckPerfResults hook on benchmarks_sep on v8.3+.

This is effectively undoing SERVER-122533.

In doing this, please make sure that the underlying benchmarks_sep microbenchmark code and associated tooling (e.g., GenerateAndCheckPerfResults hook logic) on v8.3 is in sync with what's on master.

There's a couple of things to check here also:

• benchmarks_sep may not be set up to run on every commit in v8.3. This will cause some runs to fail if it looks for the results of a base commit that hasn't run.
• I don't think benchmarks_sep is running in the PR checks for v8.3. Sync with Product Perf if that is something we want to enable alongside this.
