SERVER-114442 was closed as gone away because the ticket's attached repro successfully ran, seemingly proving that the index hint on a timeseries delete explain command was successfully translated in a sharded topology. 

In the SERVER-120008 ticket to remove the TODO for SERVER-114442 and re-enable a test case in timeseries_explain_delete.js, it was observed that the re-enabled test case failed various sharded_collections_jscore_passthrough tasks/suites with "hint provided does not correspond to an existing index".

This failure should be investigated and fixed so that the test can be re-enabled. Note that the existing `testDeleteManyWithBucketFilterAndIndexHint` test case passes but the single-doc test case `testDeleteOneWithBucketFilterAndIndexHint` does not.

As part of this ticket, the other burn_in task test failures seen in timeseries_explain_delete.js should also be addressed. See the below comment.
