Client Metadata and Authentication succeeded/failed log lines emit the ip address of the client who directly connected to the server. However, this information isn't as useful when the direct client is a proxy. We should add a field to these log lines which emits the original client that we parse off the proxy protocol header so that consumers of the logs can always identify the originating ip.
