Golden test's clean-run-accept option is meant to run the golden tests in the exactly the same configuration they would run in evergreen. In order to achieve that, one needs to run evergreen evaluate and fish the mongod and resmoke.py options that would be in effect in evergreen and use exactly the same options locally when recording the new expected output for the golden test.
