Multiversion tests on master started failing once they began running against v8.3 binaries. The storageTier argument for the create command was added in v8.3, but its implementation only landed in v9.0, so using storageTier does not fail on v8.3 as the tests expect. This will be fixed in v8.3 under SERVER-122853, but since that requires backport approval and we need to silence the hot BF, I’m proposing to disable the failing multiversion test case as a temporary workaround.
