If replicated truncates are not required by the persistence provider but only mandated by feature flag, it is possible that inconsistencies between the primary and the secondary for the `config.system.preimages` collection can remain for a short time after an FCV upgrade or downgrade. To prevent this from happening, exclude `config.system.preimages` from the inconsistency check when the test is a multiversion test.
