in SERVER-123224 we disabled pretty printer tests on bolt configurations because the tests where failing, which has been the case from the start of enabling the bolt configurations. The bolt configuration is optimizing away something that the pretty printer tests rely on to function correctly.

We need to investigate what is happening or determine if not being able to use pretty printers on bolt'ed binaries is acceptable.
