Bail out of oplog entry parsing with a more descriptive log message and a tassert when encountering an unexpected oplog entry type.
This was previously already happening in the default change stream event transformer, but was forgotten for the view event transformer.
This change now unifies the behavior so that both event transformers behave identically and fail with a useful log message and tassert.
