Currently the tests touched in SERVER-52987 use a maxTimeMS of 10000 or 10 seconds, which can be too low if the machine the tests are running on is slow. We should bump this up to 90 seconds or so, or alternatively not have a timeout altogether (and Resmoke / Evg would kill the test if it's hanging).
