This feature flag is used to control if Extensions signature verification should happen as part of the Extensions Security Controls project. The logic for this flag is already installed into the server but set to false by default.

We want to set this to true by default once end-to-end testing in secure/production mode has been performed with the mongot extension. The server team is not directly performing this testing.

I am leaving this ticket out of SPM-4276 intentionally, so that we can close out that epic without blocking on the end-to-end testing.
