Major - P3 In the "Replication will switch back to the main port if the priority port is removed" test function, after restarting the old primary we need to wait for the node to fully come up before checking that writes still replicate to the secondaries after closing the main port.
Wait for the restarted nodes to be fully restarted before checking replication in priority_port_replication_usage.js
