This ticket is about finding existing performance workloads (in Genny, Locust or anywhere else) which contain JOO eligible $lookup-$unwind pairs. There probably won't be many such cases.

If we find any, we should run them with JOO enabled and compare performance. If it seems useful, we could also run these automatically in Evergreen with JOO enabled.

Even if the $lookup queries are not JOO eligible, it could be useful to run the workloads anyway to see if there's any noticeable overhead from our fallback mechanisms.
