Currently test coverage for the analyze command is only a single test that asserts that it fails over legacy timeseries views. In SERVER-125044 we implemented the equivalent behavior by making it fail for viewless timeseries.

However for legacy timeseries it's was also possible to execute this command directly on the system.buckets namespace. This is not exercised by any test but we should review if this is a desirable use case, and if so support running this command in rawData mode for viewless timeseries collection.
