The mongo-10gen-server package has broken init scripts on Fedora 20. This might be related to systemd, but in general systemd has tremendous compatibility with sysvinit.
The command `service mongod start` hangs and never completes.
If this is broken on Fedora 20, it will likely be broken on RHEL7 (which is sort of inbetween F19 and F20 in terms of packages once it's released).
