The first attempt at the scripted field has indexing issues (duration calculated, but not updated in the index unless edited)

This new field generates a timestamp representing the effective assignment time, so the script now uses this to calculate the duration (which is already how the dashboard works)

After this is merged cf[28251] will be deleted from Jira.
