Fixed a build failure in the publish_packages Evergreen task for the rhel10-64-bit build variant. The error occurred because RHEL 10 was not defined in the repository configuration file. Added two new entries to etc/repo_config.yaml: one for the community edition (org) and one for the enterprise edition, both pointing to the appropriate YUM repository paths (yum/redhat/10/mongodb-org and yum/redhat/10/mongodb-enterprise). The configuration follows the same pattern as existing RHEL 9 entries and enables curator to properly publish MongoDB packages for RHEL 10 distributions.
