In JS tests assert(<expr>, <msg>, <attr>) does not log <attr>

      In SPM-3895 we've added the "attr" parameter to assertion functions in our JS test assertion library for separating the message from structured data that needs to be logged with the message preserving its structure. For some reason this functionally is broken in master and the "attr" parameter is not logged.
