      Companion artifact for SERVER-96199 (FLE update to shard key fails).

      Identified collision: FLE re-write of BatchedCommandRequest drops WCOS flag, shard-key-change internal txn spawns with stmtId=0, dedup collapses, abort. Test is contract-shaped (accepts success OR clean structured error).
