C++ driver does not depend on trace.cpp

      The file trace.cpp is listed in SConscript.client, but this is not part of the driver API, nor do any files making up the driver depend on it. However, it does cause rwlock.h and rwlockimpl.h to get dragged in as dependencies. It should be removed.
