      Now, when we're doing multiple operations within movePrimary, we want to test the following scenario:

      • movePrimary start
      • removeShard start
      • movePrimary commits to the config
      • removeShard completes operation
      • movePrimary commits to the shard

      We need to know what happens in this case and potentially address the found issue.
