Enable $lookup-$unwind in SBE for time-series collections

      In SPM-4435 we didn't have enough information to enable $lookup-$unwind in SBE for time-series collections, since there were no correctness or performance tests. We should add this testing, verify that $LU works as expected and is performant, and then enable it in time-series.

      This would involve changing this pushdown logic.
