      Just like we have sharded_collections_jscore_passthrough_rate_limited, which tests ingress operation rate limiting with sharded_collections_jscore_passthrough, we should add sharded_jscore_passthrough_rate_limited to test ingress operation rate limiting with sharded_jscore_passthrough.
