The authoritative commit of chunk operations may retry the commit to the CSRS when recovering the coordinator. If allowChunkOperations is set to false after a successful commit and before a retry of that same commit, it would reject the operation, throwing the coordinator in a retry deadlock. Making the commands idempotent (regardless of the vale of allowChunkOperations) would solve this issue.
