Investigate effort to have basic resharding pass in antithesis with faults enabled

      The tests that we run in antithesis currently produce a lot of errors and are very noisy. Because of this, they are mostly suppressed and it will only bubble up very serious faults like crashing. We should investigate how much effort is needed to have a single resharding test run in antithesis and make it pass without suppressing any errors.
