Three crash-recovery tests asserted log 6987700 (resetUnfinishedIndexForRecovery) to confirm startup recovery handled an incomplete index build. With resumable PDIB enabled, recovery routes through _resumePrimaryDrivenIndexBuildsOnStepUp instead so 6987700 is never emitted and the tests timed out waiting for it.
