Verify that setting $replaceRoot's preserveOrderAndMetadata constraints field's value to true doesn't break any logic and that the REDUNDANT_SORT_REMOVAL rule which relies on checking a given stage's preserveOrderAndMetadata value, can successfully remove redundant $sorts that follow $replaceRoot stages.

This logic will enable optimizations for redundant $sorts that follow $vectorSearch queries with storedSource: true.
