Sometimes (at least in our tests) even reads can throw an WriteConflictError, which has to be retried.

This commit expands writeConflictRetry to the whole of ReplicatedOplogTruncationThread::_reclaimOplog, which matches the behavior of ASC's oplog_truncation::reclaimOplog and allows us to run test passthroughs that randomly throw WCEs without failing.
