The default logging level used in the query passthroughs is not suitable:

• most if not all of the messages are unrelated to the query engine
• the logging is too verbose, forcing humans to manually filter the log before working on it
• the logging is too verbose for LLMs as well, causing them to ingest a large input for no reason.

There must be some better default that we could use on the query-owned passthrougs.
