Split out sharding from no_passthrough_disagg_override

      Since no_passthrough_disagg_override_gen includes replica and sharding tests, when the suite is run only on replica set variants, sharded tests will still run. We should separate out the sharding tests to have a clear split to allow for testing each individually.
