In the past, it is known that various signals sent by bazel test wrapper has broken the EnhancedReporter and we lose the diagnostics for the test run. We have since updated the signal handling to be resilient to certain signals, but we should do more comprehensive testing to make sure we're catching all of the possible signals we could expect. This would definitely be required if we want to make EnhancedReporting the default on evergreen.
