Surface KeyExists error for idempotent index inserts in SortedDataInterface

      Currently WT_DUPLICATE_KEY is silently converted to Status::OK when an entry with exactly the same (key, RecordId) is inserted. Surface this information (similar to SERVER-117903 did for container_write::insert path).

      Lays the ground for being able to track actually inserted entries in SortedDataIndexAccessMethod::insertKeys.
