A commit (from SERVER-128715) managed to pass all tests in the commit queue while causing widespread failures on the "required" variants.

The gap is the differences in expansions between the two variants

In this specific case, --streams_release_build=True is not included in the commit queue.

Likely add --streams_release_build=True to the commit queue, and audit other gaps that would impact test outcomes.
