I think that there are some data races in the recently merged HandoffSession implementation.

As part of integrating HandoffSession with the other handoff components in SERVER-128486, I was altering the code and playing with the tests and found some thread sanitizer warnings.

This ticket is to identify data races where they might exist in the current HandoffSession implementation, and to fix them.
