Each of master, v7.0-staging, v8.0-staging, v8.2-staging, v8.3-staging contains copies of the SBOM automation code. The code has stabilized where it is effectively identical between branches. To reduce the BACKPORTs, prevent unintentional code drift, and reduce Evergreen runs, modify the master Evergreen task to run for each of the branches and create PRs for each respective branch, as needed.
