Add OrphanedRangeCleanUpFailed as an expected moveChunk error in jstests/core/libs/timeseries.js

      It is possible that a chunk migration gets aborted while waiting for orphans to be deleted, so add OrphanedRangeCleanUpFailed as an expected error to the moveRange with waitForDelete:true which is run from jstests/core/libs/timeseries.js.

       

      (Note that this error got masked in the non-authoritative path due to SERVER-129237.)
