Web console does not seems to start on windows 7 64bit on mongodb rc 2.6.0

      Start the mongdb rc 2.6.0 server with command
      mongod --dbpath=data/db
      Note that web console server is not started on port 28017

      May be this is some configuration issue but with mongodb rc 2.6.0 web console for mongodb is not starting
      when I tried starting up mongodb server db version v2.4.5 the mongodb admin console server was up at port 28017
      May be this is because db version v2.4.5 is a production release and 2.6.0 is just a rc
