Overview

Part of the ValidatedTenancyScope (VTS) / multitenancy removal tracked under epic SPM-3963 (Remove Native Tenant Data Isolation) and the integrated work on SERVER-101422.

This is PR01 in the stacked Graphite series that lands the VTS removal as 18 reviewable, per-team pieces.

Scope of Work

Removes ValidatedTenancyScope (VTS) and the $securityToken / tenant-id handling from the authentication subsystem and the wire-protocol message path. This is one of the two foundational signature changes the rest of the stack compiles against.

• This is a mechanical deletion refactor: foundational PRs remove a parameter/field, and the PRs above them remove the now-dead call-sites. Individual lower PRs are not expected to build standalone.

• Buildable checkpoint: No — depends on call-site removals in higher PRs to compile.
