      Part of the ValidatedTenancyScope (VTS) / multitenancy removal tracked under epic SPM-3963 (Remove Native Tenant Data Isolation) and the integrated work on SERVER-101422.

      This is PR10 in the stacked Graphite series that lands the VTS removal as 18 reviewable, per-team pieces.

      Scope of Work

      Removes ValidatedTenancyScope from replication core/recovery/dbcheck (applyOps command info, replication info/coordinator, rollback, dbcheck, rs_local_client).
