      Part of the ValidatedTenancyScope (VTS) / multitenancy removal tracked under epic SPM-3963 (Remove Native Tenant Data Isolation) and the integrated work on SERVER-101422.

      This is PR17 in the stacked Graphite series that lands the VTS removal as 18 reviewable, per-team pieces.

      Removes ValidatedTenancyScope from the shell, FLE, client, and storage test code.
