The SimulateCrash hook starts a standalone mongod process over the data files captured during a test run, then run validations. However, feature flags added by resmoke (e.g. from --runAllFeatureFlagTests) are not passed to this standalone mongod. This can trip sanity checks added to verify the data files are coherent with the feature flag.
